Send to Kodiff — browser extension

Right-click selected text on any page → drop it straight into Kodiff's Original / Changed panes, with a keyboard pane-picker and a docked sidebar.

Install in Microsoft Edge

  1. Unzip the download to a folder you'll keep (don't delete it — Edge loads the extension from there).
  2. Open edge://extensions.
  3. Turn on Developer mode (toggle, bottom-left).
  4. Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder.
  5. Select text anywhere → right-click → Send to Kodiff, or press Alt+Shift+K.
Using Chrome? Same steps at chrome://extensions.
⚠Developer-mode install is expected for this interim build — Edge may show a note about it on startup. That goes away once we publish to the Edge Add-ons store.

Updates

This build doesn't auto-update. The extension quietly checks kodiff.com for a newer version and shows a download nudge in its popup when one's out — just re-download here and reload it. (Automatic updates arrive when we publish to the store.)

What it does

Two-location captureGrab text from two places; Kodiff opens with both sides diffed.
